Sports Massage + Physical Therapy

The Endurance Collective offers a variety of services to help athletes and fitness enthusiasts improve their performance, prevent and recover from injuries. Our sports massage therapy and sports physical therapy sessions are evidence based and treatment focused. We work hard to take a systemic approach to orthopedic injuries rather than focusing solely on an acute issue. New physical therapy and massage patients always start with an intake appointment where we spend the duration of the time listening to our patients and forming a treatment plan to meet their needs. All of our appointments include movement and loading both on and off the table in addition to manual therapy. 

Our practitioners use a combination of techniques including Myofascial Decompression, dry needling, sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point and myofascial release to target specific areas of the body that need attention and help restore efficiency of movement. The goal of our practitioners is to build a resilient athlete that is not dependent on our treatment to perform.

Performance Coaching

At the Endurance Collective, we believe strongly that performance coaching is about the relationship between athlete and coach. Our services provide comprehensive and specialized training for athletes at every level. We offer a range of services to help all athletes achieve their goals.

For cyclists, The Endurance Collective offers consultations on bike fit and follow-up appointments to ensure the bike is optimized for performance and comfort. Additionally, we offer training programs tailored to our athletes’ individual goals, whether it be for a specific race or overall improvement.

For mountainbikers, The Endurance Collective offers GSMBC trained skills coaching sessions focused on fundamental offroad riding skills to ensure you are having fun and riding safe. We coach everything from turning, body position, and proper brake application to drops and jumps.

For runners, our coaches provide general consultations to help improve form, reduce the risk of injury and optimize performance. We also offer customized training plans for individuals, ranging from beginners to experienced runners, as well as guidance on nutrition and recovery

Individual strength training sessions and group fitness classes are also available and designed to help athletes build strength, prevent injury and improve overall performance.

Strength Training

The Endurance Collective offers a comprehensive approach to strength training that aims to optimize an athlete's performance while providing education and knowledge to ensure that the athlete can continue to improve and succeed.

We believe that it is important to apply our depth of knowledge in anatomy, physiology and biomechanics to properly execute a successful workout plan for any athlete. 

New clients start with a planning session that includes movement assessment, goal setting, and workout planning to establish accountability and expectations between athlete and coach. Sessions include a full kinetic chain mobility and stability assessment and planning session. Each session is performed by a CSCS. CPT, CES, or ALP certified strength trainer.
